white balance
On most DSLRs you'll find this on the Shooting menu. Select White Balance, then scroll down to PRE . Now press the right button on the multi-selector.
By putting a blue coloured pieces of paper in front of the camera will automatically make the camera think that the shot needs more colour to balance it out to make it white, ( the middle picture)
We also used different coloured gels to change the colour display on the camera.
This is how our picture should actually look. It was taken using the Direct Sunlight setting on a Nikon D5200, and this is the colour rendition Nikon thinks the camera should produce.
